Our Story

What started as a dream turned into a passion and has grown into a vibrant gathering place for coffee lovers and tea enthusiasts alike. Inspired by the gentle rhythm of the honey bee — hardworking, community-focused, and nature-loving — we set out to create a space where those values thrive.

What We Serve

Our Menu is crafted with care, from scratch. With hand-poured coffees and espresso drinks to fragrant loose-leaf teas, there is something for everyone. Our handmade-from-scratch pastries are a crowd pleaser.

Origin of our Name

I am inspired by my grandmother, who spent countless hours serving our great community.

Each day, I strive to serve my community and brew connections as she had. My dream needed to be connected to my grandmother.

In the early 1990’s she crafted a parade float highlighting our great state. My Grandmother dressed my sisters and me up as the state flower, the red clover, and my cousin as the state insect, the Honey Bee. With this memory, the name “Honey Bee Coffee & Tea” was born.
